Pharmacology
Amoxicillin is a broad- spectrum antibiotic, playing a bactericidal effect by inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial cell walls, and have bactericidal activity on different kinds of mastitis caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, such as Staphylococcus,Streptococcus and Escherichia coli.
Sulbactam is a β-lactamase inhibitor, combined with amoxicillin that can obviously reduce amoxicillin against penicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in vitro minimum inhibitory concentration produced β-lactamase,
improve the cure rate of penicillin resistant bacteria.
Prednisolone has anti-inflammatory effect, which helps to reduce inflammation and tissue swelling and promotes the recovery of mastitis, while not affecting the change of the number of white blood cell and occur due to infection.
Application
It mainly used in the treatment of Gram-positive and-negative bacteria causing mastitis.
Dosage and Administration
Use disinfectant wipes to clean the nipple first, with milk tube after injection, milk after milking every room 3g. Administration quarter every 12 hours after each of three successive milkings.
Precautions
1.Used for dairy cow mastitis lactation period. During the treatment of milk and beef can not be used for human consumption.
2.Allergic to penicillin person do not contact with the product, users have to be careful to avoid direct contact with the drug in the product, such as a skin rash, you
should immediately consult your doctor; swelling offace, lips, and eyes or difficult in breathing for severe allergic manifestations, in urgent need of medical care.
3.Do not let children come into contact with this product.

Usage tips:
